La villa dispone de una piscina privada de 9 x 5m, ubicada en un jardín amurallado de 700 m2. Está recién amueblado con una cocina bien equipada, televisión vía satélite en Español, Alemán e Inglés, DVD y reproductor de CD. La villa tiene aire acondicionado y está cerca de servicios locales como tiendas, bares, restaurantes, tenis y montar a caballo. La propiedad cuenta con aparcamiento privado para 2 coches.

ALOJAMIENTO: Dormitorio 1 con cama de matrimonio, armario empotrado, cuarto de baño con ducha, aire acondicionado. Dormitorio 2 con dos camas individuales, armario empotrado, aire acondicionado. Dormitorio 3+4 con dos camas individuales y un armario. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo y hay una cuna disponible si se reserva con antelación.

A tener en cuenta sobre el alojamiento: Los equipos de aire acondicionado disponen de aire caliente y frío. Los calentadores de pared se instalan en las habitaciones 3 y 4, radiadores portátiles están disponibles para el invierno. Hay una cuna para los bebés. No se permiten mascotas ni fumar en el interior.

La villa dispone de mosquiteras, lo que permite tener las ventanas abiertas en verano, ayudando a mantener la casa fresca.

Salones: Salón con área de comedor. Sofás, sillas, cojines en el suelo, TV vía satélite en Español, Alemán e Inglés, DVD y reproductor de CD, mesa de comedor y sillas rústicas, aire acondicionado (frío y calor), chimenea completamente funcional.

Limpieza / toallas / ropa de cama: Toallas de baño, pero no toallas de playa, se proporciona ropa de cama. La propiedad se limpia completamente entre la salida y la entrada de los inquilinos.

Detalles al aire libre: La terraza tiene una mesa y 4 sillas, barbacoa, sombrilla y variedad de tumbonas. Una pérgola de madera se asienta sobre una de las terrazas con mesa y sillas para 8 personas. Ideal para comer al aire libre.

La propiedad tiene una política de no fumar dentro de la casa pero no dude en fumar afuera si usted siente la necesidad.
