About Holiday Chiclana

Our name says it all. We are 100% dedicated to Chiclana and the immediate area. Chiclana is our home and our team is made up of four experienced agents aimed at specialising in matching clients holiday requirements to a self-catered rental property between the historic City of Chiclana De La Frontera and the Blue Flag beaches of La Barrosa in the heart of Andalucia on the Costa De La Luz since 2008. As we are purely dedicated to renting self-catered villas, apartments and town houses within the immediate area of Chiclana we have gained the knowledge and trust of both property owners and clients alike in this beautiful holiday location. We pride ourselves on offering carefully selected, high standard accommodation which we have hand selected to offer a broad range of accommodation for every possible holiday requirement.

Monika Koch

Monika Koch is a German National with Central American parents who has been based in Chiclana since 2005 and speaks German, Spanish, English and French. The joint founder of the company and the person responsible for all but the Spanish enquiries but will always be on hand to assist.

Martin Dixon

Martin Dixon is a British National and joint founder of the company and is responsible for business development, property management and manages the enquiries from English speakers. Has resided in Chiclana since 2004 and knows the area intimately.

Ana Cristina Vela Barbosa

Ana Cristina Vela Barbosa has lived, studied and worked in the Cadiz region all her life. She has two diplomas, one in business administration and another in tourism. She has worked as a receptionist and an event coordinator in the Melia Sancti Petri Hotel and has been employed by SIXT Rent A Car. Along with Spanish she speaks very good English and a little German and is jointly responsible for all Spanish speaking enquiries and the development of the Spanish owned properties along with property management.

Ana (Anita) Martínez Muñoz

Ana Martínez Muñoz or 'Anita' has a BBA in Hotel Management from Les Roches Marbella International Hospitality Education University and is currently pursuing a Master in Revenue Management. In her professional career, she has always worked in 4 * and 5 * hotel chains both abroad and in Spain; passing through reception to reservations department among others. In 2018, She started within the vacation rentals sector. Along with Spanish, she speaks very good English and Portuguese and a little German. Together with Ana Cristina Vela, she is responsible for all Spanish speaking enquiries and the development of the Spanish owned properties along with property management..
