This wonderful town house has recently been completely renovated and is located in a privileged location, just a few meters from the Playa de la Barrosa, and close to the nightlife area, being able to walk to bars, restaurants and even small shops.
The property is located within a residential area that has a communal pool, open during the months of July and August. Access to the pool is directly in front of the villa so has easy access.
