The facilities and equipment of the accommodation are for the maximum number of persons indicated. It is not permitted to occupy the accommodation with more than the maximum number of persons indicated.

Any additional optional extras will be detailed on the reservation form.

The rental price on the reservation form is inclusive of cleaning, bed linen, towels but not beach towels.

The booking deposit is 30% within 3 days with the final 70% balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival via bank transfer.

The Security Deposit is payable in cash on arrival and will be refunded on departure.
